Action Plans

Action plan 1:
 Leading a healthy lifestyle starts by being in shape. As a result, I decided to lose 20 pounds in 90 days. The starting date is may 1st and the ending date will be July 1st. In order to put this idea in motion, I decided to create an action plan.
Beginning of May 1st, I will go to the gym every Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday for 2 hours from 8pm to 9pm.

Beginning of May 1st, I will do 1 hour of cardio, 30 minutes on legs, and 30 minutes on abs and arms.
Beginning of May 1st, I will eliminate all carbs and eliminate all process foods for 3 months. 
Beginning of May 1st, I will avoid checkers at all time.
Beginning of May 1st, I will drink 1 gallon of water per day.
Starting May 20th, I will weigh myself to analyze my progress. I will weigh myself the 20 of each month.
If I do not see any progress, I will make some changes to my action plan.
Action plan 2:
 As a future entrepreneur and general manager, I believe being aware of what is happening around the world is very important. In the next 90 days and hopefully it will become a habit, I will listen and read about the currents important events happening around me. In order for me to put this plan into action, I will create a small action plan.

Beginning of May 1st, every Monday, Wednesday, and I will listen to a minimum of 30 minutes of news during my commute to school.
Beginning of May 1st, I will spend 30 minutes every Saturday on lemonde.fr to see what’s happening abroad. 
Beginning of May 1st, I will watch CNN once a week, preferably on Sundays for 1 hour. while drinking my morning tea.
Starting May 20th, I will write on my personal blog what I learned so far and write my opinion about certain events. I will do this every 20th of the 2 remaining months.
Starting May 20th, I will FaceTime my friend that studies political science to talk about what I learned and listen to his opinions, since I enjoy these types of conversation.

Action plan 3:
As a future general manager and entrepreneur, I believe it is my duty to know what’s going on in the hospitality industry and learn about new trends. The only way I knew these information was thanks to class assignments. Instead of waiting for teachers to give us research papers, I rather make my own effort into learning about this industry. In the next 90 days, I will create an action plan to help me achieve this task.

Beginning May 1st, I will subscribe to a hospitality magazine.
Beginning May 1st, I will read the hospitality magazine every Saturday and Sunday before bed. Since I have trouble sleeping, I prefer reading something relating to my major instead of watching a movie.
Beginning of May 1st, I will make some research about cool new trends pertaining to the hospitality industry for 30 minutes.
Beginning May 1st, I will blog about my findings on my personal blog. I will spend an average of 30 minutes blogging every Friday.
By the end of each month, I will reread my blogs and makes notes on my findings to discuss with professors.

Action plan 4:

Ever since I was little, I develop the passion for writing. I had given up on writing for a while, until this year where I started writing again. In the next 90 days if I want to create a poetry book, I will create time for my writing by making an action plan.

Beginning of May 1st, I will every Saturday dedicate 30 minutes to creative thinking.
Beginning of May 1st, I will read 1 poem every day to get inspiration.
Beginning of May 1st, I will be writing down the outlines of how and what I want my poetry book to be about.
Starting May 20th, I will dedicate 2 hours per week to creative writing.
Starting May 23rd, I will read my rough drafts and make any correction needed.
Every 30th in the next 90 days, I will give myself a break from writing and thinking.
